There will not be a rehearsal on Sunday 6th December 2020. The AGM will be held instead via Zoom at 2pm; details will be sent under separate cover.

We are pleased to announce that there will be a strings-only rehearsal on Sunday 6th September.
We will be rehearsing music from the delayed May concert and also some string orchestra pieces, conducted by Francis Griffin.
Rehearsal Instructions:
1. You MUST pre-book – no-one will be allowed in without pre-booking. Please include your telephone number and email address when you reply.
2. Only the first 27 people who pre-book will be allowed to attend.
3. All players should arrive wearing masks but may remove them once seated if they so wish.
4. There will be a one-way system: please enter by the usual door and use the hand sanitizer inside the door but exit via the side fire door. NB: if you need to use the loo, you must exit via the fire door, then enter via the main door.
5. For the loos, there is a rule of ‘one in, one out’. Only one person is allowed in at any one time. The upstairs loos will remain locked.
6. Please bring your own music stand and observe social distancing once inside the hall.
7. Please bring your own drinks, mugs and/or biscuits etc. Hot water will be provided for those who wish to make tea/coffee.
We are all looking forward to our first rehearsal in a long time!
